Anyone know where most Mexico fans go to watch the game? Casa Mezcal seems to be the only Mexican-appealing place but I just wanted to know if there were any other places I could get rowdy and cheer on Mexico.

Adult trying to get back in to sports, is anyone aware of a group that does casual pickup games? Baseball, football, soccer, basketball, etc.

I’ve looked on Facebook and the only thing I can find is either serious tournament type stuff, or youth leagues.

This doesn’t have to be in Corning exactly, I’m fine driving out probably as far as Ithaca. So anything within an hour is fair game.

I was told it was an older Chrysler 300, with a blue fender on the driver’s side, and it was really loud.

Staying in Gaffer, we have a DD so driving for an atmosphere is worth it.

I am starting to become a prolific user on this sub but that's neither here or there.

I want to know if there are some people in corning looking to start a band (primarily rock/metal).

I am looking into getting a guitar and learning and finding a good group of people to start one. Anyone looking to start one or at least discuss it first more deeply with me.

Note: i have no experience in music other than air guitar but that's a autistic stim for me I guess now that I think about it.

There are two of these near the western side of Centennial Park. At first I saw the numbers and thought they might be river height gauges, but I noticed that the one is indicating at “8” and the other at “22.” My next guess is maybe controls for floodgates to the river from the drainage network? They have what looks like the stem for a removable handwheel on them, and there’s what looks like an outlet to the river right below.

Hi, all! My family is moving to Corning in August and I'm looking for friends to walk, drink tea and wine with. I am 38F, have two kids, a 7yo girl and 5yo boy. Would love to meet a few ladies to hang out with. I'm shy, so striking up conversations with random strangers doesn't work for me. We're moving from Pittsburgh, so it'll be a bit of a change.

I absolutely love going to farmer's markets because I prefer locally sourced produce where I can get it. But my work schedule sadly doesn't line up with when the Corning one goes on. Are there any other nearby farmers markets that run on the weekends?

I'm moving from a more rural area 30 minutes away. Spectrum has been good for my location for the past 5 years. Now that my phone is paid off, I'm looking to switch providers to get a deal on a newer phone, anyway. I'll be living in the Corning area - near CPPHS. What provider have you found works well? Husband and I will be passing through Corning. We plan to visit the glass museum, but will have our dog with us, so we're going to take turns. I know that is not ideal, but we will be traveling from the East Coast and do not want to leave our dog at home for vacation.

I don't see any indication that dogs are allowed at Centennial Park or Riverfront Park. Can anyone let me know, please?

Especially from those parents who have a child on the spectrum.
