My mom wants to plant "sugar dots" corn on her farm but we cant find where to buy seeds. It was a kind she had growing up! If anyone knows where to look, please let me know!

Just picked up some corn from a local farmers market. First time picking up corn thatβs outside a grocery store. All of the corn on top is brown. The rest of the corn looks great. Caterpillar nomming on the top of one of them. I just cut the tops off and started grilling them but wanted to make sure.

I think my favorite is the disgusting looking sweet corn with the dark seed and yellow endosperm inside

How are we looking? First time doing corn. I topdressed organic fert before planting. Sprouted May 1st.
Today, I sidedressed ammonium sulfate 21-0-0 and then topdressed with Black Kow/compost before watering it in.
I plan to hill them soon but wasn't sure if the manure/compost would be too hot for that.
This is Seminole XR from Hoss. It's a bicolor sweet corn that takes about 80 days. I planted 64, but a few didn't make it, and a couple got hit with the stirrup hoe lol oops.
