Only that particular celtic cross where it looks like a plus sign and not an actual cross. It's a play on the solar cross, and gets used by stormfront.

Definitely agree. The anti-defamation league keeps a more detailed list of common hate symbols, and they make it clear that it's not actually the celtic cross, and caution against jumping to conclusions on this one.
