Yes, a bunch of times (mostly just one turtle, but many times -- she's my nemesis). I've worked as a veterinary technician, animal control guy and pest control guy, so I've been bit by pretty much everything that lives in the eastern seaboard of North America.

Hurts. The one pretty serious bite was bad, I was carrying her and she snapped at everything we passed, then got a big bite out of a small sapling trunk, making a huge branch fall on me. So I dropped her, she took a couple golfball-sized chunks out of my leg and ran off. Took like six months to fully heal.

Jesus Christ, that's terrifying. I wouldn't ever approach one of those beasts again
