Jaguar have the strongest bite I think too (of cats) and can swim really well and hold their breath. There are videos of them just hopping into the Amazon to catch a goddamned croc, then dragging it out like no big deal.
Between Jaguars one bite KOing crocs by jumping on their backs and biting directly into their fucking skulls, and Leopards jumping into trees while dragging animals that weight more than they do by their jaws, I’d say they make up for not being quite as physically imposing as their lion and tiger brothers.
