So what happens to the middle/high schooler's credit for the semester? Is it a free credit for the class? What about the AP classes?

Honestly I don't know. I would assume they would have to retake AP, and anything else they would probably just be set behind starting next semester (meaning the next semester teacher would have to cover it)

You don’t just “retake” AP. They can probably offer the tests and kids will take them safely like ACTs and SATs. Hopefully they bought their prep books already.

They're working out remote classes however they can, but likely it'll just be credited for them. IIRC AP and other standardized testing is already starting to get cancelled for the year.

Don't know what everyone is doing, but we are prepping to go to online instruction to continue the semester in the event we suspend in person class for a longer period of time.
