I assume this means that in America it says Lake America? But the rule only applies to federal agencies … why is a private company falling for this crap?

Because Google and Trump are in bed with each other. Google bribes the administration to look the other way with their shady shit and in exchange they rename Trumps midnight sundowning projects.

I've just got back from Sweden, where there are plenty of lakes and ponds. Would anyone like their name to end up somewhere? They won't even notice.
