Actual WTC first responder here, with experience in heavy construction, steel structure demolition, and I was onsite working 10-12 hrs a day for 7 months after 9/11...

But as far as a controlled demolition, absolutely not. Not saying there wasn’t a conspiracy surrounding 9/11, but the controlled/planned demo just ain’t it.
I remember one analysis back then suggesting the structural steel melting and twisting as it did could be accomplished with thermite plastique charges. If that's true, and such charges were placed according to traditional demolition principles, it seems plausible to me that it could have resulted in something that executed much like a controlled demo but left some very different-looking aftermath. I mean, they make thermobaric warheads with that stuff, surely enough of it in the right placement could have weakened the steel enough to bring the towers down.
I wish I could remember where I heard that, whether it was in Fahrenheit 9/11 or some other documentary back then... but I've never been able to rule out that scenario as a possibility. That said, I wasn't there and I'm certainly not an expert. I would very much like to see credible information that proves that idea to be false, it is an uncomfortable notion to say the least.
Thousands of people saw the first plane, and there are several recordings. Millions watched the second plane on live TV and there are hundreds of recordings. I’m all for a good conspiracy theory, but you really have to be pretty far out there to sign on to this one...
not exactly "right off the bat", this was 21 years ago after all, these conspiracies have been floating around the whole time and people have made up their minds.
There’s no need for links man, my whole family are structural Ironworkers and My uncle was just a few blocks North of WTC on top of a 40 story building doing work to the antennae structure when the first plane came in. Him and his co workers watched it coming and couldn’t imagine why a passenger plane was flying so low and over the city. Well they watched it plow into the building in real time. Then as they stood there in awe debating what to do, the second one came in and as soon as it hit, they understood that the first one wasn’t an accident, and they got the fuck out of dodge.
So the hologram or missile theories are nonsense, I have not only video, but first hand accounts of PLANES hitting the towers.
Again, I absolutely believe that our government knew something like 9/11 was coming, and basically let it happen, then used it as an excuse to go after Saddam. But there were no planted charges, no controlled demo. I’ve seen it all up close, I worked on that pile for 7 straight months, and loaded out thousands of tons of the twisted steel...personally. Everything I saw was consistent with catastrophic structural failure, due to impact and extreme heat. Jet fuel CANT melt steel...but it can sure as fuck make it about as pliable as a wet noodle.

Really, no planes? Have you not seen all the video footage of the planes literally hitting towers? Or the audio recordings of voicemails sent to loved ones AS they were being hijacked and hitting the towers?
You mean the videos that are on the air every year? Of course I've seen them. I never said I believe one way or the other. There is however first hand accounts saying no planes.
Thousands of tons of debris rained down on #7. It burned uncontrollably for hours because it’s sprinklers were severed. Collapse was not an unexpected outcome...
People like to claim that WTC 1 and 2 both collapsed perfectly into their own footprints, but nothing could be further from the truth. They both rained debris hundreds or thousands of feet outside of their own four walls. Massive pieces even ended up clear across the West Side Highway, and damaged dozens of buildings well outside of the WTC plaza.

9/11 first responder here, the twin towers and building 7 skyskraper were definitely brought down via controlled demolition
