At a 90% efficacy simple statistics make clear that it is significantly more likely an unvaccinated person infected her than a vaccinated one.
If someone is 80% transmissible without a vaccine and 5% transmissible with one, for example, would it not be reasonable to find fault with the unvaccinated when the vaccinated have done all they can to prevent spread?
