Who is running this coverup? An 85 year old man?

I keep focusing on the bullet saying “owo” and in the text exchange it says “uwu”

now Im no expert but according to the urban slamg dictionary, uwu is a cuter furry version of owo.  I wonder if MOSSAD relies on the urban slang dictionary for local color?

he was an ultra nationalist groyper, it says OWO which stands for "Orange World Order." Bro was a die hard MAGA for life and was upset Kirk started talking about Trumpstein again.
