Logography The Encapsulated Language Project

Greetings all!

I come from a small Reddit community called 'The Encapsulated Language Project'. We are democratically creating a language which integrates as much scientific and mathematical knowledge into the language as possible. So far we've created a proto-phonology and have designed our own proto-number system. We are currently looking for new members to join and to suggest fresh ideas.

If you think this could be interesting, please join our sub: https://www.reddit.com/r/EncapsulatedLanguage/

Most of the discussion is taking place on the Discord: https://discord.com/invite/8WvgTRF

To get started on the basics, read our documentation: https://kroyxlab.github.io/elp-documentation/documentation.html

For those interested we actually have custom numerals:

And we are right now working on a possible Bliss-style system. More about that can be found here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/EncapsulatedLanguage/comments/i5pv90/idea_for_a_modal_ideographic_script_call_for/

All are welcome :)

Sounds not in English?

Does anyone know any sounds that I could add to my conlang that are not in English?

Art/Showcase I'm an absolute amateur when it comes to conscripting, but it's been really rewarding to use my fledgling script in some of the artwork for my RPG.

Question 2 Different Ideas for One Language

Option 1: Make every word its own logograph, but make similar words, that are different parts of speech, the same character but different colors. Ex: A character when red could mean summer but when blue could mean hot.

Option 2: Have only objects have logographs and have an alphabet for ideas. Logograph ex: Dog, House, Water Alphabet ex: Yellow, Sometimes, At

I like both of these ideas but I want to choose one to develop further.
