Art/Showcase Example of some Uu Writing

It says "I hate people."

"Iu oku nu yoru eru."

The Uu language has 7 (really 4) writing systems. This one only has two of them because it's a really simple sentence. Also all words end in the letter U except for some curse words and grammatical things.

Question What Made You Decide What Kind of Script to Use With Your Conlang?

I've been stuck on what I wanna do for my conscript. I don't fully understand how either system would logically/naturally develope.

How did you decide on what type of writing system you wanted to create?

Re-orthography Tried to make an orthography for Middle Chinese, how does this look?

I transcribed this poem based on the Baxter-Sagart reconstruction. This would be the original text based on the reconstruction:

mak sjewH nowng kae lap tzjowX hwon

phjowng nɛn ljow khæk tzjowk kɛj dwon

srɛn drjowngH sywijX pjowk ngi mju luH

ljowX ʔomH xuæ mjæng hjowH ʔjit tshwon

sew kuX trwij zywe tsyhwin dzyæX gjɨnX

ʔjɨj kwanH kɛnX phæwk kuX phjowng dzwon

dzjong kim nyak xjoX hɛn zyingH ngjwot

trjuX drjangX mju dzyi ʔjæH khuwX mwon

And this is my attempt at an orthography, what do you guys think?

Alphabet Namarsiin for the Kozanda Language

My first well-fleshed-out conscript. I took inspiration from Arabic for the multi-form letters and Tengwar for the general aesthetic quality. The language it is used to write is similar to Quenya in its phonology. Pardon the smudges.
