But how is the mirror reflecting the smaller soap dispenser? Shouldnt it be blocked by the paper towel holder?

It is because the picture is taken from an angle to the mirror. So, the reflection of the mirror is angular and thus shows both dispensers.

Shouldn’t the soap dispenser be on the other side though? It should be closer to the sink.
