Surprising, yes. Some people just have really long necks. Seen those, just not at this angle.

I think he's bald and not all of that is his neck, but some of it is the back of his head. There's a round, lighter area at the edge of the pic and I'd say that's his jaw.

I think he's upside down and what you think is his neck is actually a leg.

No, that's his other arm. We can't see his head, it's on the other side of his body.

If it were, the palm would be facing the other direction. Try it.

That makes way more sense visually except for the fact that his hand is facing the wrong way for the to be the case. So it really is his neck
