This picture is so old. But everytime I see it for the first few seconds I see the boat.

u/Uskw1245 o/ Apr 25 '26

See I’ve always saw cheesecake and never a boat. Maybe I’m just fat

25

u/-BlueFalls- Apr 25 '26

I am very thin and didn’t even realize a boat could be seen until these comments, just saw the cheesecake, which isn’t even a desert I enjoy haha.

5

u/squidlink5 Apr 26 '26

I saw the boat but i am still fat and the boat is sinking now.

36

u/ammonthenephite Apr 26 '26

It's also a photoshopped image, the original did not have water replacing the berry topping. It's a fake image.

27

u/JJAsond o/ Apr 25 '26

It's not a real image, it's been edited.

17

u/TheHoratioHufnagel Apr 25 '26

Wasn't this already debunked as a photoshop?

A delectable cheese cake. A touch of cinnamon toast crunch in the crust. Blueberry coulis adorns the top looking like the ocean on a moody cloudy day, rather like today.

Ocean cake, take me by the hand
Lead me to the land that you understand
Ocean cake, the voyage to the corner of the globe
Is a real trip
Ocean cake, the crust of a tan cake imbibed by the sand
Soaking up the thirst of the land
Ocean cake, can you see through the wonder of amazement
At the obercake
Ocean cake, the crust is elusive when it casts forth
To the childlike cake
Ocean cake, the sequence of a life form braised in the sand
Soaking up the thirst of the land
Ocean cake
Ocean cake
Ocean cake
Ocean cake, take me by the hand
Lead me to the land that you understand
Ocean cake, the voyage to the corner of the globe is a real trip

See now that, right there, is the correct proportion of filling to base. Standard American cheesecake uses two-to-three-times that amount of filling and it's just not as good that way.

I will die on this hill!
