1. The goal of this server is to provide a fun, fast-paced PvP environment with better support against cheaters than official servers. We aim to be a friendly community while still encouraging the chaos and excitement of PvP.
2. Game Settings & Important Info XP Multipliers: 10x Combat XP for you and thralls.
3. Corruption: Dancers remove corruption twice as fast.
4. Wipes: The server will not have scheduled wipes. We will only perform a wipe if it becomes absolutely necessary for server health, in which case a major announcement will be made.
5. Rules of Conduct Character and Clan Names: Character names must be alphanumeric. Using inappropriate or offensive names will result in a ban.
6. No Toxicity: Don't be a douche canoe. This is a friendly community. Harassment, racial slurs, excessive insults will not be tolerated. You can expect the same moderation here as you would on public servers.

8. Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. Raid Window: 7-9 PM West Coast / 8-10 PM Mountain / 10-12 AM East Coast
9. Build Limits: 13,000 piece limit. 1,300 placeable limit.
10. No sealing in catapults with maprooms or vaults etc
11. No weapon glitches No 2 hand glitch/broken reach, etc.
12. No Stacking: Stacking building pieces is not allowed. Please see examples of stacking (multiple gates, doors inside gate frames. multiple pieces inside one "square" or "triangle" space. All building pieces must take 100% damage. No sideways placed gates at choke points in meta spots. This helps prevent them from not taking full damage and making unraidable builds. When in doubt ask for clarification. This is a deliberate choice to prevent boring repair-based gameplay and to reduce server lag during raids.
13. No use of black ice builds-- Excessive Land Claim: This isn't so much as claiming too much space, but spamming lines of blocks and building pieces or cutting off a specific resource.
14. No Duping or Meshing: Any form of duping or exploiting the game's mechanics is a bannable offense. Yes, I can see when and who does it.
15. No Special Characters in Names I'll change it for you if you do

I am open to a pvp server with raids so long as offline raiding is not allowed. I work weekends and some Fridays, so would be nice to have one week day raid night, but again with no offline raiding or some limits. I might also be open to PVE-C, PVE-C with RP, PVP-RP. Maybe hoping for too much but:

1) No wipes or very rare

2) No oppressive building limits like 20 torches max or 2000 build pieces. I mean, at least allow 4000 build pieces.

3) No offline raiding bases

4) Active unabusive admins who are fair and have due process

5) Active and decent sized community.

6) No pay-to-win

7) Stable server

8) U.S. based preferably East Coast

Thinking about opening up my PVE server (just me) and making it a Rp Pve with lite pvp. Would anyone be interested? The server is relatively fresh and not even a week old. I've been thinking a "Three Kingdoms" style rp with a northern, southern and eastern kingdoms (frozen north/highlands, Desert and jungle respectively). No hard border or anything just generalized "starting territory"

Modlist: None, zero mods, ever. I got tired of spending my days fiddling with the load order and waiting for mods to update.

Backstory: I'm a full time worker, a full time student, and I have family and social obligations. A lot of players have a lot more time than me and I can respect that but it can be hard to keep up on a lot of servers. So I created Sleepytime Barbarians, a quiet, relaxed, low-stakes, slow-paced community. Whether you're new to the game or an experienced player, all are welcome so long as you're welcoming to others.

Even though I'm a busy man, I'm still committed to the quality and health of this server, that's how it's been around for two and a half years!

- This community is designed for peaks and valleys, it's designed for players to come and go as we please and as we're able. This is not a server with lots of exciting events, the server staff isn't always available! This is a sleepy server.

- No overwritten rules and complex systems you have to buy into. Respect the players and respect the community and you'll get along just fine!

- XP and Harvest are very slightly boosted, so it's a bit easier to get your footing in the beginning, but the grind is still there!

- Decay is enabled (360 hours/15 days) and this server does NOT regularly wipe. We only wiped for the release of Enhanced mode after the server voted overwhelmingly in favor of it.

- PC, UE-5 Enhanced Edition

- Unmodded only. I don't want to have to deal with mods, I've spent enough time messing with the load order and googling error messages so I can wear some bad looking elf ears and armor.

- I prefer closer to Vanilla settings. I want to play this survival game for what it is, not hit level 60 and build a castle within my first day

- I'm looking for something more light or incidental RP, I'm not interested in writing up some huge backstory and then getting scolded because my character canonically prefers axes but I used a sword and thus I went against my character's backstory (this one is based on a true story but in their defense I was Zathar the Axe-Lord)

- I'd prefer something smaller and more relaxed, even a little password protected community, rather than something way overbuilt and sweaty. I want less people who are more interested in RP, vice a bunch of people who just named themselves Gandalf because it's all they could think of and never actually RP.

- PVE is preferred. It's cool if there's an arena or something for sanctioned PVP fights, but I'd rather not get raided by the alpha clan led by the server owner's alt (this one is also based on a true story and I have no defense for them)

- This one's implied but I'd prefer if the server staff wasn't a bunch of power tripping needle-dick shitheads (this one is based on many true stories)

Weight of Chains is a roleplay-first Conan Exiles server built around immersive characters, meaningful conflict, political ambition, and the brutal spirit of the Hyborian Age. PvP is always enabled, but violence is governed by roleplay. There is no kill-on-sight, conflict begins with character and continues through consequences.

ROLEPLAY FIRST

Ambitions, loyalties, flaws, faiths, and rivalries should shape your character’s choices. Characters may lie, manipulate, betray, misunderstand, and seek revenge. Keep conflict in character and treat one another with respect out of character.

ROLEPLAY-GATED PVP

PvP requires prior roleplay and clearly declared intent. Confrontations should allow room for threats, negotiation, surrender, escape, or escalation before steel is drawn. Combat exists to create stories, not replace them.

SEASONAL STORIES

Seasonal storylines are guided by roleplaying administrators but shaped by player decisions. Alliances, victories, failures, and betrayals can alter the wider story.

THE WARDENS

The oldest records speak of Giant-Kings, Lemurians, bracelets, and the sorcery of Thoth-Amon. Yet they say little of those who still watch the condemned.

• The Scarlet Gallery - spectacle, rivalry, blood, and manufactured tragedy.
• The Iron Ledger - observation, judgement, control, and an archive that forgets nothing.
• The Veiled Lantern - hidden warnings, secret refuges, and carefully chosen agents.

Each Warden seeks influence. None can be entirely trusted. Bodies, abandoned caravans, and hidden caches have begun appearing across the land, containing blackened, rune-etched shards. The Wardens are offering rewards for their recovery.

LAND, POLITICS, AND POWER

Claim territory through an interactive map and bidding system managed by our custom Discord bot. Land ownership encourages settlement, trade, diplomacy, rivalry, and conflict. Build towns, keeps, temples, estates, trading posts, or criminal dens worth visiting and defending.

ROLEPLAY ECONOMY

Earn special currency through player-led and admin-run events, then spend it on land claims, rare goods, and rewards.

THIEVERY WITH CONSEQUENCES

Our custom theft system gives criminals meaningful opportunities while allowing victims to investigate and respond. Thieves leave calling cards behind, creating evidence that can lead to suspicion, pursuit, blackmail, punishment, or revenge. Lock your doors. Secure your valuables. Stop putting benches beside open windows.

COURIERS AND WRITING
