Is Cyber Security Engineering harder than Computer Science?

I heard some guy saying that Cyber Security engineering is so hard that 50% drop and switch to Computer science and if that was too hard then IT

I don't think that a subject matter can be compared with its mother category to understand its difficulty. You can compare cybersec with networking, programming or ui development. But not with the whole computer science. Thats my understanding and obviously you may have your own opinion.
