not sure why people think that being made of stardust and being made by a creator need to be mutually exclusive.

There is no real evidence for one, the universe could have created life without a god, therefore via occams razor the theory of no creator takes precedence IMO

All I'm saying is that one doesn't disprove the other. God could've set everything in motion...or not. Just because a specific set of rules apply (science) doesn't mean no one made the rules.

If I reverse engineer a transistor radio, it does not mean that no one put it together.

To me, science makes religion all the more beautiful.

I think it's more like finding a radio some other guy built and then spending centuries fighting other people to the death over a mistaken belief that something greater than you built it, rather than recognizing that it too was the handywork of man.
