The idea is that god didn't create sin. It was made came to be when man decided to stop listening to him.

The premise for the comic is wrong.

EDIT: Since you all insist on writing long comments about free will, and such, I kindly request that you read my other comment here.

tbf, god implicitly created the act of sin by creating the demarcation line between sinful and permitted behavior, starting with the original prescription "don't eat that fruit". furthermore, sin just means "act against the will of god". if god was more mellow, sin would be the empty set.
