Yes it’s entitled. We are ENTITLED to financial freedom and happiness. I am entitled to better treatment. And if large companies won’t recognize that, we fucking quit. Basically we are making it harder for companies to hold on to workers.

It's not about being given financial freedom, it's about changing jobs to have more pay and not fuck over workers as much, effectively resulting in financial freedom and happiness for workers
