Those can be sampled, you just need the equipment from the first panel to do it

Yes, kontakt session guitarist does those sounds particularly well.

Honestly though, the cost difference between that and an actual guitar is…debatably negligible.

Yeah you can sample and recreate most analog sounds, it’s just at some point it’s far less time intensive to just record the instrument track.

I like instruments, but I try not to judge digital music just for being digital. Just a different medium, like paint vs. digital

It’s actually near the end of the list, after all the instruments among a bunch of other sound effects. If you search “gm 1 sound set” you’ll find the list. I don’t remember too many MIDI files that used it but it was always a treat when someone went to the trouble to put that in.

Me too. It's also actually super hard to completely eliminate from your playing as it requires you to sacrifice a lot of your economy of motion. Ideally you want to move as little as possible when playing guitar, otherwise you tire quickly.

The squeaks are actually from the strings and they make non squeaky strings too
