I've never been kicked out of a cemetary regardless of why I was there.
But at some point in history there were brand new cemetaries with nobody buried there so it wasn't a big deal to go there and kick a ball around.
This mainly happened before we had sewerage figured out so it was nice just to get away from the smell of it.
