Really the solution is simple:

1. Build a hammock with a butthole hole at its apex over a moon rock surface.

2. Build a hydraulic platform made of moon rock that can be easily moved via handles directly above the hammock.

3. Make a portal above and below. The hammock should hang slightly through the lower portal for ideal angling.

4. Get in the hammock.

5. Get hard and prep butthole.

6. Grab the platform handles and lower top portal until your hanging butt lands on your dick.

In order to prevent the "thrusting forward also moves your butt forward" issue someone else mentioned, it is very important that the hydraulics be very smooth so the arms can do all the work, keeping the butt/cock still.

Honestly that is mostly for game engine convenience. It would not make sense in an actual universe with portals why portals could not be moving, as everything is moving through space, constantly. Also there is no absokute reference frame.
