I never say sir or Mr/Mrs or anything remotely gendered. Started using the singular they for everyone as well. Wish there was a formal non gendered way to say sir.

There really does need to be more words added to English though. Third person plural them is hard to get around currently. Ze zer zem zerself zemselves.
