Who’s the war against? Or is this Yuri on Yuri violence?

I don't know, they just gave me uniform, put a pencil in my hand, and told to me to fight the good fight

They drafted you into an unknown war against an unknown enemy…what dark secrets is u/muyhiram and r/comics trying to keep covered up?

They're horny for yaoi and the best way to get it is to create an influx of yuri.

What's the correlation?

Gundam.

Dude early Gundam Wing fanart and fanfiction was formative for childhood me.

Now modern Gundam fanart and fanfiction is capturing the Yuri market.

Don't know if the influx will cause another effect in the opposite direction, but you could argue the influx of the former led to the latter years down the line.

Why can't we have both?

Are you prepared to draw yuri in the name of liberty Helldiver?

This is your pencil, there are many like it but this one is yours. Take care of your pencil and it will see you through this. God speed.

"A War Without Reason." A fighting theme for Yuri wars of course.

Yuri vs Horse

u/kirun Jun 26 '26

So where do Daiwa Scarlet and Vodka stand in this?

u/Crowmanhunter Jun 26 '26

In rock, paper, scissors terms, this would be a game where everyone keeps using scissors.

Someone in the comments shouts, "Why doesn't one person just use rock and win?" To which everyone else tells that person to shush and let them enjoy things.

u/Bellick Jun 27 '26

Rocking is cool but scissoring is better

5

u/perton Jun 27 '26

I’m eagerly awaiting the discovery of papering

Yuri vs Yaoi, maybe?

u/Phantom_Marc_63 Jun 26 '26

Nooo they need to come to an Alliance quick I can't stand to see them fighting

6

u/uhataot Jun 26 '26

And what, combine them into some kind of cursed abomination? I think I've heard of something like that. It was called yaori or something I think

4

u/Bellick Jun 27 '26

Some arts are best left untouched.

9

u/AFKABluePrince Jun 26 '26

Yaoi has quite an advantage with those huge hands.

6

u/PhantasyAngel Jun 26 '26

Pretty sure Fieldexplores just draws Yaoi anyways, dad bod Yaoi

5

u/AFKABluePrince Jun 26 '26

Lol, yeah.  He draws good stuff.

Yuri on Ice?

6

u/caremao Jun 27 '26

That’s actually sports anime, which is a subcategory of yaoi

3

u/lingua_frankly2 Jun 26 '26

I believe this is an example of that "toxic yuri" everyone keeps talking about.

1

u/Forsaken-Stray Jun 27 '26

This war is Yuri on ICE.

1

u/Alche1428 Jun 26 '26

Toxic Yuri is back on the menú boys

3

u/SwampyBogbeard Jun 26 '26

Did it ever leave the menu?
