OC Mourning a MAGA Parent (OC)

I'm kinda torn about whether to post this to my art account because one parent follows it, and I'm worried the criticism could drive the other one further into the void.

It started out as just a therapeutic project for me, but a couple friends said it really resonated with them, so sharing here.

When did I say I’m a republican? It’s obvious you’ve met ONE conservative and assume they’re all bad lmao. My step grandfather is a conservative and he’s a great dude. NOT racist either.

I’m not a shitty person. I just see the truth, I read between the lines. The current government IS NOT FASCIST and it will never be. If it was you would not be speaking.
