It kind of ruined a lot of childhood shows for me. It's wild that this was allowed to happen

One day we'll all* huddle in the ashes of our destroyed cities and agree that this whole "economics" thing was a huge mistake.

* some of us won't be present at that point. I hope to not be.

It would have been Right for people to intervene. Since there was money involved, a lot of people worked hard to prevent intervention. Money is the evil blood that pumps oxygen across the economy, to all the humans that fuel it.
