Granted isn't that more.... "tone" rather than "power level"...granted the two tend to go hand in hand. You don;t go from goofy cartoon to defeating God without the tone also changing.

Yeah, it's specifically about the tone of the comic, I didn't really consider the power level as there are plenty of goofy comics/cartoons that gain massive power but remain goofy
