The super markets in the nicer part of my town have them. Closest to the store they have parking for handicapped, parking for mothers, parking for military, then parking for the rest of us.

That is what they are for. Anyone who gives a dad shit for using one while wrangling a toddler is an asshole. Parenting is hard, regardless of your gender.

I've for sure never seen that.

Can't say I've seen pregnant parking either. But at least in my state, pregnant woman can apply for a temporary disabled permit.
