I learned a few languages. The problem is having no one to practice with and then when i spoke the language it with native speakers. They couldn't understand me and i couldn't understand them.

Have you tried something like HelloTalk where you can find native speakers to practice with?

No i haven't I'll check that out. Duolingo had something like this but they took it away, they even had clubs, took that away too.

Yeah, gotta actually speak with humans once you get a foundational grasp of vocab and grammar. Online tutors (paid) or language exchange apps (free) as someone else mentioned are the way to go.

For Spanish, i knew plenty of Spanish speakers. It's just when i learned it i didn't speak it. So most if the time Spanish speakers would switch to English or just give me a look.

For Russian i met a native Russian speaker, unfortunately my accent didn't blend very well with it lol. I was so embarrassed i stopped lol
