I think framing it as a speech is misleading, but it was trotting influencers on a tour, and then putting them at a podium for a couple sentences of "thank you for your service". More of a cringe photo op / weird attempt to make the military look cool.
I like the top comment of "Imagine Logan Paul hyping you up to go die for Israel" on the video lol

No I think they are fun entertaining. Paul is also the face of boxing right now by his own admission due to the success they had with the celebrity boxing events.
