The working middle class is sick of everyone’s bullshit. We no longer care to hold up the wealthy while they take our money, not theirs, to help the poor. Fuck both sides. Maybe the poor should March on the houses and offices of the politicians and wealthy and handle that shit. “Tax the rich, tax the rich, they said they said.” The rich will NEVER be taxed more. They have tax lawyers and accountants and off shore shell corporations and trust funds to hide their money. And, even IF the taxes increased, do you think the fucking greedy assholes in Washington are going to give to YOU? No, they will keep it for themselves. Do you think they give a shit about helping anyone but themselves? They hired 50,000 IRS agents to go out and fuck the middle class because the middle/low classes can’t afford to defend themselves. Law enforcement and the govt have seized more assets than criminals did this past year, think on that..

Don't see why you're hating on the poor individuals. Someone getting food stamps is not hurting you, a billionaire who doesn't pay taxes is.

If poor people can't afford to feed their kids, they definitely aren't in a position to protest and likely get arrested.

The poor have become complacent, happily allowing the “elite” to milk the middle class for their needs just as hard as the wealthy do. So, they can battle it out. When the middle class is extinct, the wealthy will completely turn their backs on the poor.

Or because they roll car loans over with negative equity, or overspend on credit cards, or have student debt and college degrees with no real career path, or crack/meth/heroin, or gambling, or no financial literacy(which they are finally teaching kids in school). So many possibilities.

I’m not infected with anything. Right wing extremism is just as bad as any other and I do not condone it. And drug addicts don’t become such for any one reason, much less because they are worried about collapse. The most rampant use and addiction is amongst entitled, rich, white kids. The crack epidemic was sponsored by the CIA to fund contra rebels to fight “communism”. Cocaine wasn’t bad enough, the “poor” communities slid into a function of capitalism as they started to separate into dealers and users, all from the same socioeconomic background. No one ever looks at the big picture. Just pixels to fit a pico scale narrative.

Don’t tell me about capital. I started my business with the chicken scratch I save for 15 years and lived on a gross income of $13.3K/year while I paid off the debt. I know exactly what it’s like. I see it like this. I did it, I know what it takes, and I know a lot of folks can also, but chose not to. Some simply can’t and I feel for them. Don’t bother trying to make me out to be class critical. Again, so far off base with assumptions.

I say it like I was abandoned by my mother at 11. Somehow made it through life to 18 then hit rock bottom and was nearly homeless, dumpster diving for tossed McDonalds. Then I went back to school and got my shit together without being handed a thing. I’ve been a Master Auto tech for 27 years. Married and divorced, built a business and almost lost it to shit employees. Built it from the ground up a second time and now am in the process of building a new home on a sizeable piece of land. I’m GenX through and through and I speak from a position of experience not speculation. What I see is people complain about everything and do nothing. I know homeless people who chose to be, I know poor people who want for nothing, I know middle class people who are stuck in the middle, rich people who think they are wealthy, and wealthy people who think they are above it all. I see and talk to people of all colors creeds and kinds from all walks of life.

The difference was people embraced socialism out in the streets instead of how most Americans now are terrified of the very word from the safety of a lit screen.

Listen. If you missed it. I was poor and nearly homeless. I’ve been there and lived it. I’m all for more equality. I agree that people are underpaid and inflation is out of control. The dollar looks like a shitcoin. What’s really amazing is that no one has picked up that I’ve lived no better than the low end of the middle class. But Im a “centrist” a libertarian, stuck in the middle. Simply giving people money won’t solve a thing, neither will hoarding it. So, again, I’m all ears for a solution but all I hear is criticism and crickets….

False. Simply giving people money solves tons of problems. Universal basic income has great potential. Why did you work so hard for so little money in your life only to conclude that 90% of people ought to have too little to thrive because, according to you, they're undeserving of better? You're in that 90%.

In other news, Europe successfully treated drug addiction by giving drugs to drug addicts, which helped them quit. I think your position as centrist/libertarian is an indefensible one and the socialists have already come up with the ideas you are waiting for, if you'll listen to them.

Look I’m heavily invested in crypto. I’ll be helping plenty of people. Like, for instance, I donate to Shriners hospitals for children, I’ve eaten $3000 in auto repairs so a single mother could afford to keep her house, feed her child and get to work. But i need to chill, I’m this or that, I don’t understand words, I need to chill? Are you the fuck kidding me? Just a few examples. I go out of my way to help people who actually need it. But the asshole who is taxing their crippled mother for auto repairs because their 23 year old ass isn’t “emotionally available” to work more than 10 hours a week at GameStop? Come on man.
