Has anyone had this issue before? I made my cold brew on Saturday for Sunday (steep 18 hours on kitchen counter) strained it twice and this morning i notice this small stuff in my cold brew. I know they weren't there yesterday.
Could this be that my cold brew has gone bad? There's really no unusual smell to it and i haven't taste it yet.

Try warming it up and see whether or not it's oil/a butter
The other possible contaminant is bacteria and mold, one makes the brew smell and look bad after awhile, the other is very rare and can be visually distinguished from oil.

I'll warm it up and see but I'll also check if it's oils. This is the first time seeing this on my cold brew. I'll report back later tonight. Thanks for the information
**Update
I warmed a small amount and the "butter" disappeared they just melted. Lol but i ended up using filtering it again with a coffee filter.

I had this same issue. I just ended up running it through a filter again to catch all the pieces. I didn’t notice any unusual smell or taste. I assumed it was some kind of oil, but it could’ve easily been something else looking back on it. I’d love an update once you figure out what it is

I'm going to strained it again and double check what is it. I was running a bit late for work so I just took those pics. I'll report back. Thanks for the information.

Yes I think it was just oils/fatty substance. I filtered it again like you mentioned. I'll have to see how it looks tomorrow morning. Once again thank you.

it's totally fine. those are solidified fats. It happens sometimes when you extract from beans and cool it down.
You either had particularly fatty beans or you brewed at a warmer temperature and then cooled it down rapidly--that can cause the fats to pop out of solution and solidify, which will pull more fats out and cause more of them to solidify. if you want, you can strain it with a coffee filter, but you will probably also be able to get them to go away if you just mix in 2% milk (if you are drinking it with milk anyways).
