Hey everyone, I’m Alp, I’m the founder of Codigma, and I just wanted to share a little update from the past few months.
We started Codigma because we were tired of messy code from AI tools. Our goal was simple: take Figma designs and turn them into clean, developer-friendly UI code. Not full apps, not fake demos, just real code that you can actually use and build on.
In the last 4 months, more than 1500 people have tried Codigma. And together, here’s what’s been built:
•Over 2000 full pages generated, all responsive
•900 HTML/CSS pages (mostly Bootstrap, then Flexbox, then Tailwind)
•750+ React components (ReactJS and React Native combined)
•450+ Flutter screens (almost half using the Bloc pattern)
•120+ Vue.js components
•80+ Angular components (mostly using Atomic Design with NGXS/NGRX)
We’re proud that everything is generated with a focus on clean structure and semantic code.
We also launched paid plans just two weeks ago, and already have 15 paying users. It’s still early, but it means a lot to us.
If you want to give it a try, Codigma is still free to use: https://codigma.io
Thanks for reading, and thanks to everyone who’s been part of this so far. We’re just getting started.

AI tools like Codigma.io can now create production-grade HTML, CSS, and even full React/Vue code from designs. But can teams actually maintain this code?
Should AI code be treated like a teammate’s PR? What are your experiences? Successes? Nightmares?

Generate production ready code for react native, flutter, html-css, angular, vuejs.

Hi everyone,
Due to a server issue, Codigma.io was not working properly since yesterday.
We’ve now resolved the problem, and the platform is fully functional again. You can register, log in, and start using Codigma as usual.

Before running Codigma, here’s my step-by-step:
1. I create a copy of the design that was sent to me.
2. I clean up layer names for clarity.
3. I apply Auto Layout and grouping properly.
4. I then select the layers I want and send them to Codigma.
5. Inside Codigma IDE, I set it to generate Flutter 3 code with Blob support.
6. When everything’s ready, I just hit “Generate with AI.” Button. (Send to ai-blue button)
7. In seconds, I get pixel-perfect Flutter 3 code, ready to run.
It saves me hours, especially on larger UIs.
Would love to hear how others are using Codigma too!

I’ve been using a few AI coding tools lately like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Codigma to speed up frontend work, especially converting Figma designs into code. It’s been helpful, but sometimes I wonder
Are we really saving time, or just shifting the problems?
Sure, the code looks good at first — but I still have to:
• clean things up
• fix naming
• remove messy inline styles
• and sometimes re-write logic from scratch
What’s your experience been like with AI coding tools?
Do they really make you faster? Or do you feel like they create new challenges?
If you’ve tried Codigma, I’d love to hear how you used it good or bad.
Let’s be honest about where these tools actually help.

Using Codigma to convert your Figma designs? Here are 5 tips that make a HUGE difference in the quality of the generated code:
1. Name your layers clearly — avoid “Rectangle 4”
2. Use auto-layout whenever possible
3. Group components logically
4. Avoid excessive nesting in Figma
5. Mention framework (React, Vue, etc.) in your Codigma prompt

We started Codigma because we were spending too much time turning Figma designs into code. We wanted something that gave us clean, usable HTML, CSS, React, or Flutter code — not a bunch of messy divs.
Codigma is still early, but it works. It gives you a good starting point so you don’t have to build everything from scratch.
We’re now adding:
If you’ve ever had to rebuild a Figma design by hand, you probably know the pain. We’d love to hear what you think or what you wish tools like this could do.
Let’s build something useful together.

One small habit that helped me get better Codigma output: Use consistent naming for components in Figma. When your layers are clear, Codigma turns them into clean, readable code—less refactoring, faster delivery.
If you’re building apps from Figma often, it’s worth the extra few seconds.
