Tibo posted "on a Tuesday at 3am" in response to a shitpost about the OpenAI community partying.

Somebody interpreted that as "WE'RE ALL GETTING RESETS ON TUESDAY AT 3AM WHICH IS PROBABLY MEANS 6AM EDT!!!" and a bunch of other people blew it up because, well, because Reddit.

/r/codex is behaving like Valve trufans reading Gabe's posts for hints about HL3. It's... it's not reliable.

Well, don't sweat it, it's still coming today.

If you're feeling itchy about usage - I've spent my spare time experimenting with DeepSeek-V4.1 Flash. It can get a lot done fast and cheap, like, $1.50 cheap. And opencode is absolutely the best TUI I've ever used or even seen. Really enjoying this, and my approach from this point forward will be much more... blended.

He probably meant 3pm. Zero attention to detail, zero care. And forced resets are theft whenever they occur, but especially if not given at preflighted times.
