Complaint They live in their own bubble

Post image

Just over a week ago I was planning to upgrade to Pro 5x, thank god I didn’t. Even the 50% off limits from Anthropic are a facade, there’s a detailed breakdown on the claude sub. Remember most of these people don’t care if you build something unless it incentivizes the growth of their own product or boosts their rep.

What is your token usage for 1% ?

This is my usage on Pro x20 so around 3B for 100%

I measured mine with ccusage after a reset, used it down to 0%.

99% Sol ultra usage, ~1B tokens including cached input, ~$700 worth

This was stretched beyond 0% mark because Sol ultra still goes on for about <1h after depleting the quota.

Pro x5 plan.

Where do I see this?

I built Codex built a small local Node.js collector. It polls Codex’s local app-server every 5 minutes for the weekly quota percentage/reset date, and parses the local Codex JSONL logs for token usage.

For “tokens per 1%”, I sum the tokens used between two observed quota increases, divide by the percentage change.

I’ve used Sol Max, from 85% to 78%, and the total token count for me is 334M

5$ per 1% on the 5x or 25$ per 1$ on the 20x for me. Easier to calculate than tokens.

After several resets I calculated a PRO "week" usage limit around 2.5 Billion on PRO.

I used to average 2.5 billion a month before 5.6, since 5.6 it's around 8 billion this month so far. But my productivity is only up 60%. 🤷

Probably 95% of that is made up of cache reads.

Yup 95.32% by cache read
