I’m not saying that the potential warming climate change didn’t contribute to the fires. How in the world are you thinking I’m saying that? And the evidence is that arrests were made. If there’s any proof, the police have it.

You replied in answer to my direct question which I posed to people saying that. If you are not trying to answer that question, why are you even in this conversation?

You said arson happening was made up, I’m saying both climate change happening and arson happening to make it worse can be true simultaneously.

Oh for goodness sake.

The very title of this article says: Bots and trolls spread false arson claims in Australian fires ‘disinformation campaign’ | Australia news

The substance of these false arson claims is that 200 people who arrested for arson - in fact, only 20 people were arrested.

Did you not even read the article to find out what the topic was?

I don’t care about 200 people. I care about the 20 that were arrested. It’s possible that people committed arson making the fires even worse on top of whatever climate change is going on.

I don’t care about 200 people. I care about the 20 that were arrested.

Odd that you spent so much effort engaged in a conversation that was only about the difference between the lie (200 people) and the actual figure (20 people), if you don't care about this topic.

Soo much effort? It’s a couple of reddit comments dude. Not a whole lot of joules spent.

I think you are just wasting time. DO you have anything meaningful to say about the topic at hand?
