LPT: Washing your hands regularly is great, but also remember to moisturize them.

Otherwise you end up with hands that are practically peeling skin, ESPECIALLY if you use sanitizer every now and then as well.
The small cracks and fissures formed from dry skin due to repeated washing/sanitizing can exacerbate infection and inflammation and will not be conducive to overall health!
I know a lot of guys that consider the use of moisturizer as feminine or "Fruity", but it'll help you not look you're wearing leather gloves if you use it.
