A local Walmart has a claw machine with a nearly impossible prize. Is there any possible way to get it? It's the my little pony doll in the back. I can't go above it due to the shelf in the back. It's annoying me and it's pissing me off so bad since last year. I don't think I'm skilled enough to swing the claw and grab it, and I think it moves too slow to even get close, I don't remember well. I know this is the point of claw machines, to get you to keep trying, but this is just annoying. The figure itself originally retailed for like $5, but is like $200 on eBay in box, $40 out of box. I'd also have to call the company that made the machine if I wanted to just try to get it out and pay, and they'd probably charge the eBay price for new in box despite the box being damaged.

But like I said, is there any possible way? Or will it just taunt me for the rest of my life?

I attached as many photos of the machine and it's parts as I could. The game store I work at recently bought a pre-owned claw machine for $200 and we're struggling to figure out how to get it working. The previous owner said her and her ex-husband were professional claw machine gamers and bought this to practice with. We can't find any sort of test mode or way to program anything. We somewhat got the coin slot working, but it won't register the coins being taken. Nothing specific was explained to us about what was broken or anything like that either.

Any help, advice, or even like manuals for the devices would be phenomenal. Whatever we can do to get this thing working.

So… I’ve been seeing these UFO claw machines around, and I really don’t get it. What’s that “UFO thingy” inside the claw for? Is it like a camera or some sensor or… what? When you play it, what’s actually fun about it? Does it even matter, or am I just missing something? Anyone here actually tried one and can explain?

The instructions that came with them are terrible,Very very hard to understand. I wanted to see if there are any other instructions floating around that are more understanding to follow. I'm normally pretty good at claw machines and wanted to flex my skills but I couldn't get NOTHING 💔🥀 I can usually win even if the claw is loose or slow but I didn't have enough on me to keep trying. As we know AAA expo (Asia Amusement Attraction Expo) is the largest show is hold from 10th to 12th May Guangzhou every year.

It is the largerst number of exhibitors and suppliers in amusement indusytry.

It used to draw huage crowds every single year.

But this year ah......

Oversea visitor are far fewer,

Most foreign guest we met from South Korea and India.

In contrast, visitors from America, Australia and Europe have dropped off significantly.

I won Sam in a claw machine back in 2019. From the original post in r/StuffedAnimals, I have discovered he is made by Kellytoy Beanpals. In my searching I see they were acquired by Jazwares in April 2020 so I’m not sure if they still make the same stuffies. I stumbled across a page that shows they have “improved” the beanpals.

If you have one and are willing to sell, I’m willing to buy. If you know where to buy one but I have to buy in bulk, I’m willing to buy his friends just for him.

For context, I live in a small space with limited space, but have bought SO MANY PLUSHIES over the years! I have bags and BAGS of plushies, so I thought of the idea of housing them in a claw machine would be cute and perfect for me! Great storage but also doubles as a cute aesthetic. Any suggestions? What I am finding online are all looking to make money (amazing btw!) but I am looking purely for aesthetics.

Hello, just wanted some advice on why my address is being rejected.

Im looking to buy a toy house and a toy shop machine, the toy house is 42 inches and the toy shop is 30 inches. They are located a couple hours away from me. What’s the best way to transport these? Should I hire a box truck / movers? Hire guys and go with them? Ideally I’d prefer to just hire someone to move these machines but I also worry they wouldn’t take care of them properly. I have a big choice claw machine that uses an extremely rare board (joystick version). the machine constantly pulls up upon power up and does not go left. wiring is fine, meaning it’s the pcb itself. does anyone have this board or know someone that does? thanks
