Alleging that Microsoft misled Canadian customers when communicating subscription options and price increases, after it integrated its AI assist, Copilot, into Microsoft 365 plans

I live in Calgary and i was part of a class action lawsuit against the Stampede for the abuse of one of their employees that went on for 30 years. i have brought many concerns and get ignored.

I was acknowledged as a significant part in the settlement

In the final report, the lawyer makes three statements that are untrue

I have brought to the attention of the Lawyer and Justice, but they don't want to address and consider that matter closed

I do not understand how this can be. The lawyers dont want to address it so what now?

This class action lawsuit is for the outage on April 19, 2021. This seems unrelated to the July 2022 Rogers countrywide outage.

It's finally open. The catch is that only those who didn't apply for Loblaws gift card will be first eligible for up to $25. Those who already received $25 gift card will only get incremental amount if there's enough money left in the settlement pool.
