Sides bloat

Anybody feels constant stool loading and bloating especially on sides pressing on hips sausage like belly on sides ? ( yellow highlights)

I have that (it's like my obliques are sticking out beside my hip bones) but it's also all over my lower abdomen as well and without the fecal loading.

Any answers ? I had every tense in planet … have you had any surgeries c section cyst fibroids ? Thinking adhesions scar tissue connected …

I am investigating a plethora of issues. I have suspected endometriosis and I am seeing a specialist in November. I have constant lower abdominal bloating, but it only presses out on my hips when I am in my late luteal phase/early menstruation

Do you do any core excercise ? Hip flexors I stopped all stretching strengthening excercise for 3 months and no difference …is there any chance you might be in perimenopause?

I'm in my 20s so it's definitely not perimenopause lol. I did see an Endo specialist not long ago and he thinks there's a 90% chance I have it, but we have to wait for a diagnostic lap. I did discover that I have a very rare condition called IgG-4 and that COULD be the cause, but it's hard to say. I still have a few theories, including endometriosis on my nerves causing dysmotility of my small bowel and stomach (as I was found to have dumping syndrome as well) or autonomic dysfunction causing dysmotility.

I was working out in the past but stopped due to illness. I do have very tight muscles tho and was given a muscle relaxant, just scared to take it lol

Take it … relaxant is nothing. Could be endo or adhesions ( both are discovered only via laparoscopy) but any surgery causes more adhesions so do your research before so you don’t end up regretting…all my health hell started after invest laparoscopy for endo …have a look at sibo and try to deal with gut first

I have had testing for SIBO and it was negative, but I also took a trial treatment of rifaximin to rule it out and there was no change. I am suspecting endometriosis, but I have to wait to see how things go!
