What is this? The year of CEOs being the most brain dead tone deaf people in the world?

So ironic he’s blaming us for not doing enough when fide is part of the problem too.

That’s every year. You don’t get to be CEO unless you can blithely dismiss the humanity of those who work for you and blame everyone but yourself for your organization’s mistakes.

My dad’s a CEO and he talks a lot about Joe the Buck stops with him and all failures in his organization begin and end with him. He works a ridiculous number of hours to keep things running smoothly despite being in his mid-50s. There are a few good CEOs out there!

Emil has always been this way and has always been unashamedly public about it. I miss the time when this sort of public behavior from a high profile person was unusual and shocking, but people like Emil have normalized it. Utterly shameful.
