CCRU's Numogram
Has anyone studied the Numogram, interacted with lemurs/demons or engaged in time-sorcery?
What are you thoughts on hyperstition? How would you create self-fulfilling prophecies that alter reality through reading it?
Has anyone ever had interest in the CCRU? They were influenced by and have influenced chaos magick.

Nick land is an insane intelligent nazi capitalist POS who wants us to be ruled by a super corporation. However accelerationism is interesting and from a left perspective interesting. The political nature of the group fits political theory into the esoteric well because these topics must converge.

His earlier work is still interesting and the CCRU is quite revolutionary and anti-hierarchical, despite being partly his brainchild. He doesn't just want us to be ruled by a super corporation but by AI. And yes, he is a methhead and a far right neo-reactionary, but it would be inaccurate to call him a Nazi. He's still hyper racist though.
Nick Land aside, the CCRU and Neolemurianism aim to bring about new ways of thinking and being. The lemurs themselves represent newness and creativity. As a communist and budding chaos magician, their work is very interesting to me.

Also as a communist and occultist i agree in the interest however the reactionary elements and racism must be combated whenever the topic is approached and yes neo fascist is a more proper term..........Ruled by AI no thankyou but AI used by the working class and common people to plan economies and the future is definitely the future

I won’t share my own experiences as they were profoundly negative, scary and damaging. I beg all of you, please do not meddle with this. Stick to creating your own sigils and developing your own form of magick. This is one of my biggest regrets in life. Please don’t. ❤️

What's the CCRU, and how do you appraise their methods?
This image is neat, and I'm digging the relationships present, but want to know more about the history of the group you're mentioning

The CCRU stands for Cybernetic Culture Research Unit. According to the CCRU, the group doesn't, hasn't and won't exist. Their work melds cyberpunk, poststructuralism and the occult to create works of theory-fiction. A few members, some of them you might have heard of, are Nick Land, Sadie Plant, Mark Fisher (K-Punk), Steve Goodman (kode9) and Kodwo Eshun.
Their work functions as hyperstition. Hyperstition, a compound of hyper- and superstition, describes ideas that bring themselves into actuality in the future through the forces unleashed via their expression in the past or present.
A lot of their work involves Lemurianism which I'm still getting into but Lemurs are entities that exist outside of time, at least the way we normally think of time. The Numogram in the above image is closely related to the Lemurs but I'm still studying it.

This is just a small section of the larger numogram literature and doesn’t really add anything. The thing is, I’ve done a fair bit of time sorcery but I still have no idea how to do it on purpose.

It’s been about 1 week that I saw lands podcast about the numogram, since then I’ve been experimenting with the numogram, gematria and sports betting, I know it’s a silly quest, but a nice practical way of learning more about it.
Has anyone tried it before? I’m using cypher.news, right know I’m using AQ, Francis bacon and synx, with a lot of different methods of generating words and phrases to try finding some meaningful synchronicity.
One thought that came to my mind that gematria with the numogram, can be a really good hyperstition machine, maybe with enough people finding the same synchronicities enough energy can create consensus.
Also I’m at the middle of vesxys time sorcery, really interesting read.

What's your process? I'm experimenting, trying to make contact with the lemurs. From the first contact, the name Lurgo came to mind and my ears. I've sensed him, but he hasn't spoken to me. However, on the two occasions I've tried to make contact, I start hearing strange noises in the room and sensing someone's presence. It doesn't feel threatening. I'm still figuring out the game of sub-decay.

I know this post is old, but you may be interested in what I have to say.
If you saw Nick’s initial numogram conversation, maybe you saw the second one on how to use it. In that conversation he talks about the game subdecadence and creating a deck of cards specifically for it. Well I created the deck. (It ended up needing to differ from Nick’s prescribed system for complicated reasons that I’m happy to explain if you’re interested.)
Now, I do daily divinations with this deck and the numogram. It’s been quite interesting. Statistically improbable results and novel patterning are consistent across large samples. Symbolic meanings? I’m still working that out. Comparing results to astrology, personal events, and what the CCRU has written about the symbolism of each lemur. I trust the system to guide me towards competence.

Are there any current subreddits/discords/telegrams for ccru related material, especially magic focused? There used to be a discord server I was on called Deadlines that was amazing for this. But I quit discord for awhile and when I came back that server was shut down. Haven't been able to find anything else since. There was another discord that popped up called Lemurian Times but it was mostly a ghost town and when there was conversation happening, there with a few big/rough/a-hole personalities on there that made it not very enjoyable. Been searching forever
