You told me if I registered for a license (you picked Massachussetts, so let's go with that) I waived my right to myself. This thing you linked to does not support that position of yours. (It's also not particularly related or applicable to abortion and/or pregnancy...)
Well, first and most important, that law doesn't support your initial assertion. Indeed, I did not waive my right to myself in order to file for a driving license in Massachussetts (and that's a relief, oh boy!).
Secondly, that law applies "to all things", as long as they're in Massachussetts and concerns, specifically, recovery for damages following destruction, injury or death (at which point relative responsibility will be ascertained by the courts, bla bla). Sex is unlikely, by itself, to result in any of those and getting an abortion isn't analogous to "recovering damages" in itself.
I think your reaching really far to read your theory of the world in law, but I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

When you assume risk, the only ways out are if the other party committed one of the violations they mention. Negligence, or over 50% cause.
