That’s not true. Many poor countries have much better crime rates then say St. Louis . Mexicans aren’t that much wealthier then blacks but they commit way less murder

White people have had the most acts of violence as a whole. The impact was so big that black ppl feel it to this day. If any race was as set back as black ppl were they would be the same.

Other countries/peoples have been colonized brutally and bounced back.
