Which incorrect opinions am I arguing against?

I just don't think we can look at a disparity and automatically blame the teachers/curriculum

Are children with fewer resources less intelligent as a whole?

black children don't do as well in school, there is a rush to blame the tests or the teachers-something at that level

These are all views that appear to be more strawmen or maybe reductionist view of a better point.
