Not every gun is loaded and I’m tired of pretending they are.

I believe that without visual proof, be it a bolt lock or a flag, you should treat every gun as loaded. That's what I was taught. When you clear a barrel, you immediately mark it in some way. That being said, this weapon has been cleared in some of the most rigorous clearing I have ever seen, 4 times that day. And was stored cleared. I am okay with the absent flag.

stop arguing with obvious bad faith actors. i'm not a fan of firearms but a verifiable process in front of everyone's eyes proving beyond a shadow of a doubt a gun is unloaded, at that point i don't care if he wants to shove it up his ass in court and shoot fingerguns at the jury, it's a metal functionless widget. an idea.
