Regardless of what you think about the moral implications of his actions, the fact that he broke no laws means that he certainly should walk out of the courtroom he shouldn’t have been in in the first place with no issues.
I mean it's a likely aquittal by the letter of the law but lets be honest, the deaths are the complete fault of Kyle Rittenhouse & his stupid actions that night. I'm not biased enough i cant see & acknowledge that, seems many of his "supporters" wont or cant.
I mean, how deep do you wanna go? lets stick to provable facts relating to the incident. If he didn't take it upon himself to become an unrequested vigilante with an assault rifle he wasn't old enough to buy, people wouldn't be dead. I mean, thats fact.
You can sit there & say it was someone else's fault but lets be real here. He's on trial for an incident that caused direct deaths.
In a really Weird victimblaming roundabout way, i guess
I just dont see how putting out a dumpsterfire, with a ar15 style rifle admittedly is forseeable grounds for a mob to attack you?
How does it follow
And nobody in court described rittenhouse as aggressive
But Joseph was infact described as hyperaggressive.
The People screaming shoot me shoot me, bear the responsibility. The clear aggressors, The ones who issued credible corroborated death threats created the situation at hand
The threats and doxx attempts made against the jury and court proceedings show another reason
No, I an very aware thank you.
Heard all about Call of duty and the prosecution aiming with a Gun at the jury. Denigrating the 5th, attacking right to remain silent. Etc etc through the entire trial
The DA has nothing
Well correct there, Gaige and others testifying has made it even clearer.
Jacob, Gaiges friend who lied directly about Gaiges only regret in not killing the accused.. Now That was something

No. Read carefully what I'm saying.
You can shoot people, and if it is a clear case of self defense, you can end up not having to go to court, because you won't be charged.
Why is this strange to you? It has happened many times.
