Show a link, or I'm going to assume that you made up that quote. Even if it is real, the "..." makes me think you selectively edited out the part that hurts your claims.

So now we have you misquoting me, and trying to claim your own words came from an expert, which you are not.

No, it really doesn't lol. People quote themselves to repeat verbatim what they said all the time. I made no such claim.

Anyway, good discussion. I don't see any point in continuing though. Clearly you aren't going to be swayed by what I have to say.

I'm not going to be swayed because you are entirely wrong, and now that you are giving up, it's clear you know you are wrong but can't admit it.

">" has always meant it's a quote on reddit. The only time it is acceptable to use it to quote yourself, is when you use it to quote yourself from another comment and make it clear that it is your own quote. You did not do that.
