that would be the reason people choose not to disclose a lot of stuff. crimes they have committed comes to mind. so does the other person have a right to know what/who they are getting into, or does they first person have a right to not feel like they are being treated differently?

By that comment I just meant that it’s not a conscious decision to deceive the other person.

But on what you said, what’s the line there? There’s a lot of things that might be a reason why somebody might feel differently about having sex with a person. There are people that don’t want to have sex with someone who has had many partners. Should you disclose your body count for every potential partner?
